Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a legal operations role or similar operational function within a legal department or law firm
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal operations training preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex work streams and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong familiarity with legal technology solutions, including contract lifecycle management systems
• Excellent data analysis skills and experience in generating reports and dashboards
