Legal Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Commercial & Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and negotiate standard technology contracts and related agreements
• Own and manage the contracts lifecycle management (CLM) tool implementation and maintenance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely commercial negotiations and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 15 years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly in SaaS
• Strong understanding of key issues in information technology agreements
• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field preferred; a law degree is an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of legal principles and terminology related to commercial transactions
• Technological proficiency, including document management and Microsoft Office skills
