Legal Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to scale its in-house legal operations function.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing the lifecycle of SaaS agreements and other legal contracts
• Conduct legal research on SaaS-specific regulations and support the compliance team in maintaining up-to-date policies
• Implement legal technology solutions and provide administrative support to the legal department

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech company
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program
• Familiarity with SaaS agreements and software licensing
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in the SaaS industry
• Proficiency with legal technology solutions, including contract management systems
