Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations & Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve Legal Team's processes, systems, and technology
• Oversee corporate compliance and coordinate with outside counsel for filings
• Provide project management support and track multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a legal or compliance team, either in-house or at a law firm
• Experience with legal management tools and work technology tools
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
• Experience in managing privacy programs and ensuring compliance
• Industry privacy certifications are a bonus
