Legal Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to design and scale its Global Legal Operations function.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a scalable Legal Operations roadmap focused on efficiency, automation, and measurable impact
• Implement and integrate legal technologies, managing digital platforms and promoting adoption through training and documentation
• Oversee legal spending, budgeting, and outside counsel management in partnership with Finance

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Legal Operations or related experience
• Proven success in building or scaling a Legal Ops function as a first-time legal ops hire
• Hands-on experience with CLM, data analysis, eBilling, AI, and process automation tools
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a passion for leveraging AI for efficiencies
• Experience in a financial services or highly regulated environment is preferred
