Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage vendor procurement workflows and support contract processes
• Administer and optimize legal operations tools, ensuring contract lifecycle visibility
• Coordinate compliance controls and support internal and external audits

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in legal operations, senior paralegal work, or compliance operations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Ironclad, and Vanta
• Experience managing procurement workflows and vendor reviews
• Strong understanding of SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks
• Ability to create scalable documentation and improve processes over time
