• Develop and manage key operational metrics and dashboards to measure team performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or legal project management
• Proven track record in managing legal technology tools and process optimization
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ticketing systems
• Ability to deliver data insights to senior leadership using data analysis tools
