Legal Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Legal Operations Process & Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve legal processes across multiple practice areas and assist with their implementation
• Identify operational pain points and develop technology-enabled solutions in collaboration with legal stakeholders
• Support the implementation and optimization of legal technology tools and contribute to cross-functional initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in business, technology, operations, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, program management, or a similar complex operational role
• Experience working closely with legal teams across multiple practice areas is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling processes in fast-paced environments
• Experience with MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and OFs is strongly preferred
