Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal and Compliance Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage contract lifecycle and maintain AI Playbooks for contract processes
Oversee legal operations, including matter tracking and compliance training programs
Support cross-functional teams with contract execution and compliance-related tasks

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in legal operations, contract administration, or compliance coordination
Bachelor's degree required
Strong proficiency with contract management systems, particularly Ironclad
Experience in healthcare compliance, particularly HIPAA/PHI handling (preferred)
Familiarity with ACO operations or value-based care (preferred)
