Legal Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Ops Manager to build and manage the legal operations function.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the legal operations function, including systems, processes, and tooling
• Partner with Commercial Counsel to bring commercial contracting in-house and improve efficiency
• Evaluate and implement contract workflow and management tooling, and support cross-functional teams in legal processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, with at least 2 years in a high-growth technology company
• Experience evaluating and managing legal technology and tools
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting workflows and cross-functional collaboration
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Experience with AI tools in legal or operational workflows is a plus
