Legal Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, implement, and administer AI-enabled and other legal technology tools to improve efficiency across the legal function
• Act as a technical and operational partner to the General Counsel by managing implementations and driving adoption of tools
• Track and manage the lifecycle of commercial contract negotiations, ensuring visibility and timely execution

Required Qualifications

• Experience in legal operations, contracts management, or a related role (strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of legal technology tools and ability to engage technically with vendors and internal teams
• Experience implementing or administering CLM systems or AI-assisted legal tools (nice to have)
• Familiarity with procurement, privacy, or compliance workflows in a fast-moving organization (nice to have)
• Curiosity and a desire to learn about emerging legal technologies and AI-enabled tools
