Legal Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Practice Manager to oversee AI workflows and the execution layer of a Senior Partner's Corporate and M&A practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement by refining workflows and integrating AI tools for operational efficiency
• Maintain structured tracking and visibility across all active matters in a high-volume transactional practice
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and external parties to advance complex transactions and ensure accountability

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on AI fluency with experience in building and deploying workflows
• Experience in practice management, legal operations, or transactional coordination within a law firm or professional services environment
• Legal background preferred, with a J.D. or equivalent; familiarity with US corporate and M&A is a strong plus
• Native or full professional English fluency required
• Structured, systems-oriented mindset to introduce clarity without over-engineering
