Key Responsibilities

• Execute operational initiatives aligned with Legal Operations strategy and improve processes for efficiency
• Manage legal spend tracking, reporting, and vendor onboarding while ensuring billing compliance
• Evaluate and support legal technology tools, monitor workflow performance, and build dashboards for reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, project management, or related fields
• Experience managing legal spend, outside counsel guidelines, and invoice review
• Familiarity with legal operations platforms and corporate governance operations
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
