Legal Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing AI-driven workflows and managing complex transactions in a high-volume corporate and M&A practice, working as an independent contractor in a fully remote capacity.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on AI fluency with experience in building and deploying workflows
• Experience in practice management, legal operations, or transactional coordination
• Legal background preferred, with a J.D. or equivalent and familiarity with US corporate and M&A
• Native or full professional English fluency required
