Legal Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Legal Operations Manager to work remotely, who will own the legal team's technology stack, design and implement automated workflows, and provide substantive legal support, including drafting and reviewing contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Own, configure, and improve the legal team's CLM platform, enhancing workflows and data insights
• Identify and implement AI and legal tech tools to streamline contract review and compliance processes
• Draft and redline commercial agreements while maintaining and improving the contract template library

Required qualifications

• 3-7 years of combined legal operations and/or paralegal experience, with strong technical and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with a CLM platform, preferably Ironclad, including workflow configuration
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make and familiarity with no-code/low-code environments
• Strong command of contract fundamentals and genuine intellectual curiosity about Web3 and blockchain
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
