Job Summary

To lead the transformation of contract templates into a structured, system-enabled contracting model, the full-time Legal Operations Manager will work remotely, focusing on optimizing the commercial contracting function and enhancing legal intake and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of legacy contract templates into structured clause libraries within Icertis
• Enhance the legal intake and workflow management system for commercial requests
• Drive initiatives to improve contract negotiation efficiency and monitor compliance with contracting frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in legal operations, contract operations, or legal technology
• 2+ years of experience with CLM platforms, preferably Icertis
• Strong understanding of contract structures and clause libraries
• Experience translating legal concepts into scalable processes or systems
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment
