Legal Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the legal function of a fast-moving tech company, the full-time Legal Operations Manager will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, build scalable legal workflows, and oversee external counsel relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation support, and storage
• Build and maintain legal workflows and a legal operations dashboard to track metrics
• Manage external counsel relationships and enforce billing guidelines to control legal spend

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years in legal operations or contracts management at a tech company or law firm
• Demonstrated ownership of the contract lifecycle and direct negotiation experience
• Experience in transforming legal operations functions and leading automation initiatives
• Strong data and analytics skills with the ability to create dashboards
• Familiarity with at least one CLM platform and knowledge of US corporate law fundamentals
