Job Summary

Offering flexible contract opportunities, the part-time or full-time Legal Operations Professional will manage legal systems, design operational structures, and support legal processes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage legal systems and tooling, including AI, contract lifecycle management, and matter management
• Design and implement legal operational structures and KPIs to enhance efficiency across the legal team
• Support legal intake, triage, and reporting processes while training attorneys and staff on legal technology tools

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or similar roles within law firms or in-house legal departments
• Strong understanding of legal workflows, contract management, and compliance practices
• Experience in implementing and driving adoption of legal technology tools
• Ability to build and maintain contract templates and playbooks
• Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
