• Develop business cases and change management plans while ensuring alignment across teams
• Create and disseminate project plans and status reports, anticipating bottlenecks and managing issues

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Legal Operations or a closely related field
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with operational metrics related to adoption, cycle time, and quality
• High proficiency in Airtable, Google Workspace, and AI/workflow automation tools
• Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building and influencing skills
