Job Summary

To support the scaling of legal operations, the remote Legal Operations Senior Manager will manage the implementation and administration of legal technology tools, oversee contract lifecycle management, and drive the adoption of AI-assisted workflows to enhance efficiency across the legal team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for contract lifecycle management (CLM), overseeing workflow configuration, template management, and data governance
• Lead the implementation of legal technology platforms and AI tools, ensuring integration with existing systems and driving user adoption
• Design and maintain scalable legal operations processes, including intake workflows and knowledge management systems, to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
