Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member of Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Update contract templates in collaboration with team attorneys as new products and services are introduced
Assist in coordinating the formation or integration of new entities and review legal documents
Support the development and maintenance of internal resources and manage company-wide legal records

Required Qualifications

Proficiency with Google Workspace and database management
Experience or interest in FinTech, financial services, or cryptocurrency is preferred
Ability to navigate sensitive information with decorum and precision
Strong collaborative skills and adaptability
Interest or experience with Notion is a plus
