Legal Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Specialist (NAM) to support the Legal team by driving operational excellence and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support legal operations projects across commercial, employment, and corporate matters
• Lead initiatives to automate legal and business workflows
• Design, implement, and continuously improve processes to increase scalability and efficiency within the legal function

Required Qualifications

• Operations background or a BA in a business field
• 1 to 2 years experience in an operational setting (not required to be legal)
• Strong knowledge and interest in corporate, employment, and/or commercial law
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
