Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual insurance renewal calendar and ensure accurate data collection from internal departments
• Translate complex insurance policy terms into clear information for internal stakeholders
• Assist with corporate governance workflows and maintain the entity database for compliance

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and database management or a willingness to learn
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Experience with Diligent and Ironclad is a plus
• Interest or experience in FinTech, financial services, or cryptocurrency is desirable
