Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Specialist focused on Zip Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Review incoming contract requests and identify key considerations
Route matters to appropriate stakeholders including Legal, Privacy, and Finance teams
Support the rollout of the Zip procurement system and manage workflows during the transition

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with the Zip procurement tool
Experience with additional procurement systems such as Coupa or Oracle is a plus
Background in legal operations or procurement
Strong project management skills
Stakeholder management experience
