Legal Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time remote Legal Operations Specialist with AI experience, the contract position will assist with CLM/contracts management, records management/compliance, and other legal operations project management tasks for a duration of at least three months.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with contract lifecycle management and compliance records
• Manage legal operations-related project tasks effectively
• Utilize AI tools and contribute to AI-related projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in-house at a technology company
• Proficiency with contract management software such as Spotdraft or Ironclad
• Experience working on AI projects
• Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week in a remote setting
