Legal Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Legal Department initiatives including IP portfolio management, litigation, immigration
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
• Work with Human Resources, Finance, and other departments in connection with legal matters

Required Qualifications:

• Expertise in reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial, licensing, and other technology-related agreements
• Proactive, dynamic and result-driven individual with strong attention to detail
• Superior analytical ability, project management experience, and communication skills
• Ability to manage internal customer priorities and needs
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a growth-stage technology company
