Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Legal Operations Support who will lead a team to enhance operational support and improve legal processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality operational support across Legal's processes, systems, and tools
  • Set priorities, guide daily execution, and communicate progress and risks to senior leaders
  • Collaborate with IT and Legal departments to streamline operations and oversee communication and training
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in workflow design, implementation, and improvement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • OR a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in stakeholder influence and systems' support and optimization
  • Demonstrated success in developing high-performing teams and managing multiple initiatives
  • Proven experience with legal operations technologies to support legal workflows
