Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Legal Operations Support who will lead a team to enhance operational support and improve legal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality operational support across Legal's processes, systems, and tools
- Set priorities, guide daily execution, and communicate progress and risks to senior leaders
- Collaborate with IT and Legal departments to streamline operations and oversee communication and training
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in workflow design, implementation, and improvement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- OR a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in stakeholder influence and systems' support and optimization
- Demonstrated success in developing high-performing teams and managing multiple initiatives
- Proven experience with legal operations technologies to support legal workflows
