Driving efficiency and innovation within the Legal & Compliance Department, the full-time salaried Legal Operations Vice President will manage legal operations strategy, technology integration, and outside counsel relationships in a New York-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable legal operations framework aligned with business priorities
- Own and optimize the legal technology stack, including AI tools to enhance lawyer workflows
- Oversee outside counsel management and legal spend optimization, including budget management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; relevant professional certification (e.g., CLOC) preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in legal operations or a related operational role within a corporate legal department
- Demonstrated experience in building or scaling legal operations functions and systems
- Proficiency in legal technology, including CLM, e-billing, and AI tools in a legal context
- Strong project management skills with an analytical mindset for data analysis and reporting
