Legal Ops Analyst Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Ops Analyst/Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement new tools and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
• Work cross functionally across different teams to achieve objectives
• Manage and track department's use of technology, coordinate with outside counsel, oversee legal operations' budget, collaborate with other departments, and implement policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• BA or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in legal or legal operations field
• 1+ years of experience in project management
• Experience with legal analytics and legal terminology
• Proficient in business applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, document management systems, and legal enterprise software
