Job Summary

To support the growth of a dedicated legal vertical, the full-time salaried Legal Practice Leader will build and execute a go-to-market strategy for mid-sized law firms, serving as a subject matter expert in legal technology and AI while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and establish industry credibility.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the legal vertical go-to-market strategy, including service offerings and growth objectives
• Serve as the legal industry SME during sales engagements and develop legal-specific pitch materials
• Design and maintain standardized managed service offerings tailored to law firms, ensuring alignment with legal industry requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a legal environment with involvement in firm technology decisions
• Direct experience with legal software platforms such as iManage, Clio, or similar solutions
• Understanding of legal-specific compliance requirements and data privacy frameworks
• Strong presentation skills and experience engaging with law firm decision-makers
