Legal Process Engineer

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Legal Process Engineer will manage pricing initiatives, collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams, and drive efficiency in client service through innovative budgeting and pricing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute pricing strategies by analyzing historical data and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client proposals
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal operations to ensure clear communication and project alignment
• Champion continuous improvement by implementing innovative fee arrangements and monitoring performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal pricing, financial analysis, or a related field
• Proficiency in pricing software and financial modeling tools
• Experience with project management and process improvement preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
