Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Product Trainer - Legal to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and train customers on software, creating customized training programs
  • Communicate regularly with customers to ensure their needs are met and they realize the full value of the software
  • Manage customer accounts and provide support by answering questions and troubleshooting issues
Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in legal technology or AI-based software
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs
  • Interest in learning about new technology and software
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams
