Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and train customers on software, developing customized training programs
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are maximizing product value
• Manage customer accounts and provide support, including troubleshooting technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Significant experience in legal technology or AI-based software platforms
• Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in training
• Interest in learning about new technology and software
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams
