• Onboard and train customers on software, developing customized training programs

Required Qualifications

• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD)
• Experience in legal technology or AI-based software platforms
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Interest in learning about new technology and software
• Experience with training and interacting with customers regularly
