Job Summary

Leading strategic legal pilots and research projects for AI model training and evaluation, the full-time remote Strategic Project Lead - Legal will manage project scoping, operationalization, and quality standards while collaborating with legal experts and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of legal AI pilots, ensuring they meet defined standards for quality, feasibility, and cost
• Establish workflows and operational blueprints to transition successful pilots into scalable programs
• Utilize legal expertise to guide the use of case law, contracts, and regulatory requirements in model training and evaluation

Required qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree with 2+ years in private practice, in-house, legal research, or regulatory compliance
• 2+ years of experience leading complex projects or operational workflows
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with legal experts and customers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
