Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage franchise rollout and disclosure projects from start to finish
• Draft, revise, and finalize franchise agreements and related legal documents
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs and drive deliverables

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, contract management, or related fields
• Proven experience drafting and managing complex commercial contracts
• Strong understanding of contract structure and document management processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting franchise or large-scale transformation initiatives preferred
