Legal Project Manager
Job Summary
To enhance client experiences through innovative solutions, the full-time Legal Project Manager will collaborate on developing and overseeing legal project management initiatives in a hybrid or remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing large client engagements to ensure effective service delivery and resource management
- Implement internal tools for litigation portfolios and create project management frameworks for tracking and reporting
- Monitor financial KPIs and collaborate with various departments to improve efficiency and profitability
Required Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree is required
- Three to five years of experience in a law firm, with a preference for legal project management experience
- Prior experience working with attorneys on financial levers and profitability in a large law firm is strongly preferred
- Experience with law firm billing systems and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
