Legal Project Manager
Job Summary
Partnering closely with attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders, the full-time Legal Project Manager will translate legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements into scalable business processes while optimizing internal workflows in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate legal team initiatives across various business functions, including Product, Marketing, and Operations
- Develop and maintain internal guidelines and process documentation to enhance efficiency and collaboration
- Review customer-facing experiences to identify risks and assist in developing operational controls for improved visibility into legal and business requirements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in legal operations, project management, compliance, or business operations
- Proven ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders while balancing competing priorities
- Strong understanding of complex legal and regulatory concepts with the ability to communicate them effectively
- Experience in building new processes and improving existing workflows
- Familiarity with technology and tools that enhance legal workflows, including AI and automation
