Legal Project Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Project Specialist to support key consumer-facing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers via phone, email, and written correspondence with professionalism and empathy
• Follow standard operating procedures and adapt to direction from Project Managers and Supervisors
• Identify project risks or inconsistencies and assist in crafting solutions to maintain quality

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school or foreign law degree with an LLM required (Bar license not required)
• Must be comfortable handling phone communications in a virtual setting with a quiet, private workspace
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; MS Access experience a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and adapt to shifting priorities
