Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with technical teams to implement persistent URL infrastructure and versioning functionalities
Manage project phases, including onboarding, document inventory, and training for new systems

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in legal operations, legal project management, or a related role
Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment with complex contract structures
Strong technical proficiency with HTML and web-based document systems
Experience with Salesforce, Quote-to-Cash workflows, and CLM tools
Proven ability to manage cross-functional, multi-phase projects from initiation to execution
