Legal Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Legal Quality Analyst will manage the medical file review process by ensuring client questions are addressed, reports are accurate, and quality assurance standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of reports and medical records, ensuring completeness and adherence to client standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and reviewers to clarify questions and provide updates on referral progress
• Format reports for approval and ensure grammatical accuracy and compliance with the QA checklist

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in paralegal work or related legal fields
• Familiarity with auto-oriented processes and Tier 1 carrier experience
• Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
