A company is looking for a Legal Recruiter - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and professional staff
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
  • Track and manage recruiting metrics, ensuring timely movement of candidates through the hiring pipeline
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in legal recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures and salary negotiation practices
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
