Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal Recruiter - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and professional staff
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- Track and manage recruiting metrics, ensuring timely movement of candidates through the hiring pipeline
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in legal recruiting
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures and salary negotiation practices
- Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
