Job Summary
To support a growing national family law firm, the full-time remote Legal Talent Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and corporate talent, ensuring a professional candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition department.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and publish job postings
- Source and recruit legal and corporate talent in alignment with departmental strategies
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring compliance with inclusivity standards
Required qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of direct legal recruiting experience
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, including familiarity with Salesforce
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing for hard-to-fill roles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
- College degree preferred
