Legal Recruiting Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Recruiting Project Manager to support and streamline high-impact Partner searches across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lateral partner recruiting processes end-to-end, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at each stage
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and communication for candidate interviews and evaluations
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3-7 years of experience in legal recruiting
• Proven experience managing or supporting senior-level or executive searches
• Ability to work and collaborate during U.S. time zone business hours at least twice per week
• Experience with ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse) and CRMs
• Ability to maintain absolute discretion and handle sensitive information
