Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Recruiting Specialist to join their Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment activities, including managing resumes, job postings, and candidate communication
- Recruit and source candidates through various platforms and maintain a talent pipeline
- Train hiring managers on recruitment processes and prepare onboarding documentation for new hires
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience
- Proven success in recruiting and sourcing candidates, preferably in a legal or professional services firm
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and MS Office Applications
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience recruiting for a law firm
- Preferred: Experience with Boolean searching using LinkedIn Recruiter or other online resume databases
