Key Responsibilities

• Mentor undergraduate students through the full research process, from topic selection to final deliverables
• Guide students in developing high-quality research questions aligned with their academic and career goals
• Provide structured feedback on research plans and track progress against defined milestones

Required Qualifications

• JD and/or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., law, legal studies, public policy, political science)
• Demonstrated experience conducting academic or legal research
• Strong background in research design, data analysis, and academic writing
• Experience mentoring students or trainees
• A passion for mentorship and student development
