Job Summary

To support a growing legal information team, the full-time Legal Research Training Analyst will provide high-quality legal research assistance and develop training programs for attorneys and staff, with the option to work fully remote or in a hybrid model based in a firm-approved West Coast location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sophisticated legal, business, and competitive intelligence research to support attorneys and staff
  • Develop and maintain legal research training programs and resources, including online materials and presentations
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve learner engagement and outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLS, MLIS, or equivalent) from an ALA-accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or comparable legal information environment
  • Demonstrated experience conducting legal research using platforms like Lexis, Westlaw, and Bloomberg Law
  • Experience designing and coordinating training programs or instructional content
  • Strong client service orientation and ability to build relationships within a professional setting
