Legal Research Training Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing legal research training initiative, the full-time Legal Research Training Analyst will provide high-quality legal research assistance and develop training programs for attorneys and staff, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid model from a West Coast location.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sophisticated legal, business, and competitive intelligence research to support attorneys and professional staff
• Develop and maintain legal research training programs, resources, and on-demand learning materials
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the effective use of research tools and technologies across the firm

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLS, MLIS, or equivalent) from an ALA-accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or comparable legal information environment
• Demonstrated experience with legal research platforms such as Lexis, Westlaw, and Bloomberg Law
• Experience designing and coordinating training programs or instructional content
• Strong client service orientation and ability to build relationships with attorneys and staff
