Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Researcher (Mandarin/English).

Key Responsibilities

• Research legal requirements and manage licensing and compliance for various product offerings based on federal and state laws
• Research local laws and regulations in China
• Conduct thorough contract reviews and draft agreements with partners and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Strong academic background in law (Bachelor's degree, JD, LLM, or PhD)
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to quickly synthesize and apply new information
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
