Job Summary

To enhance the efficiency of legal operations, the full-time salaried Legal Services Manager will oversee claims management processes, coordinate depositions, and support corporate governance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the legal team focused on claims submissions and subpoena responses
• Facilitate communication and negotiations with third-party law firms regarding legal matters
• Manage client relations and ensure effective resolution of legal service-related issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or JD with at least 3 years of experience in an in-house legal team or law firm
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Proven experience in claims management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in healthcare legal and compliance is preferred
